For over 20 years, our talented team has been creating bespoke campervan and motorhome conversions for happy customers right across the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. Every conversion is built on site and tailored to the customer's own vehicle and needs — and you're welcome to come and see your conversion take shape at any stage.

Bring your own van for us to convert, or let us source one for you. You'll have the flexibility to choose from a hi-top or elevating roof, our walk-through Plan A layout, or the more traditional Plan B — all available in a range of interior and upholstery finishes to suit your budget. And if neither Plan A nor Plan B is quite right, we'll work with you to design a truly bespoke, one-of-a-kind conversion built entirely around your needs.

Every motorhome conversion comes with a 24-month warranty on rear workmanship, a full year's MOT and a full service. Trade-ins are welcome, and competitive finance packages are available. We also carry out bespoke conversions of all kinds — see our news page for recent examples.

Plan A

Plan A Conversion — Walk-Through Layout

Base Van: Carpet and/or vinyl over a wood floor base, with side wood panels covered in carpet, trim and insulation. Where possible, 2–3 windows fitted, one a slider.
Soft Furnishings: Fitted curtains all round, including a silver screen for the front cab. Rear bench and forward-facing seat cushions included.
Furniture: Kitchen unit with stainless steel 2-burner hob and glass lid, stainless steel sink, submersible electric pump system. Kitchen roof locker, dining table with pull-out leg bench seat, forward-facing pull-out seat, tall wardrobe, fridge housing, and cassette toilet housing with cupboard and roof locker above.
Electrics: 3 LED lights, 12v fused control panel.
Hi-Top Roof: Fully trimmed hi-top with 2 windows/vents. Elevating roof available as an optional extra, fully trimmed with 12v light. Children's bed or over-cab storage also available as extras.

Plan B Conversion — Traditional Layout

Base Van: Carpet and/or vinyl over a wood floor base, with side wood panels covered in carpet, trim and insulation. Where possible, 2–3 windows fitted, one a slider.
Soft Furnishings: Curtains on a track fitted to all windows. Rear double bench seat with upholstered cushions.
Furniture: Kitchen unit with stainless steel 2-burner hob and glass lid, stainless steel sink, submersible electric pump system and fridge housing. Rear double cupboard/wardrobe unit, roof locker across the rear, dining table with leg. Front-facing double seat with storage access front and rear, plus porta potti storage. Steel-frame double seat with easy pull-out action, forming an approx. 6' x 4' bed.
Electrics: 3 LED lights, 12v fused control panel.
Hi-Top Roof: Fully trimmed hi-top with 2 windows/vents. Elevating roof available as an optional extra, fully trimmed with 12v light. Children's bed or over-cab storage also available as extras.

Servicing & Repairs: We carry out full servicing, MOTs and body repairs on all motorhomes, including gas and electric checks and repairs to interior appliances.
